Return Eligibility

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow the steps below:

Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return shipping instructions.
Packaging Returns: Please carefully package the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt and RA number.
Shipping a Return: Please send your return package to the address provided in the return instructions. You can choose your preferred shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to a product defect, our error, or an error in the order you received.
For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
